What happens

I was going to start to solve the Fizz Buzz in Asm problem #200 from CodeAbbey and found that it must be solved with a specific language (Intel 4004 Assembly language).

What do you understand or find about that problem

I want to know if is possible to solve this kind of problems with the specific programming language policies.

You make any workaround? What did you do?
