Changes in the way documentation is presented

In order to improve the reader experience and understanding of the dynamics of Autonomic Jump, we have made important adjustments to the documentation, we have changed the structure by which it is presented the information and we improve the explanation about most items.

If you find any errors in the new documentation, feel free to create a new issue so we can resolve it.
