CVSSv3 score and correlations

Hi,

Should I take into account the correlations when calculating the CVSS score? I mean, a vulnerability by itself may have a CVSS score, but along with other vulnerabilities in the system that same vulnerability may lead to a different CVSS vector.

So how should I calculate the CVSS score in this case?
