What happens

I don’t understand the error that occurs with respect to the yml file, with respect to the rest of the errors with external solutions, I had already published in a forum.
Where they told me to put double quotes in the date and the other errors were apparently not my fault.

I re-read the documentation to see if I was missing any steps, but as far as I understand I followed the steps correctly.
