General criteria (Submission) OTHERS.lst

Hi,
I don’t understand this general criteria to submit the challenge solution:
4. Each challenge solution must be submitted with 10 external solutions ( 10 URLs in OTHERS.lst files).
Can somebody explain me, please?

There is a file in each challenge’s folder named OTHERS.lst.
There you can find the external solutions for that specific challenge, you have to add 10 more links with externals solutions.
