Missing name on data.yaml file

What happens

I read the documentation and i must find my assigned policy at the data.yml file. I cant find it and i dont know why.

What do you understand or find about that problem

I should have a name on the data.yaml file to work on ctf hacking

Did you try any workaround? What did you do?

I did read again the documentation but i found nothing to fix it.
