To improve your questions, giving the potential solvers the necesary ammount of information to address your issue.
Since the OP (Original Poster) details the nature of his issue, along with small code snippets and describes the procedures he already tried, yes, it is a good question, it is well structured and can be used to exemplify how a question should be posted.
