Not access to the gitlab challenge repository

It does not allow me to request access to the gitlab challenge repository

I have tried several times to request permission but the form is always frozen, the only thing that changes is the legend of the submit button for the one of submitting … nothing more.

What do you understand or find about that problem

I had thought that the browser had something to do with it, however I have already used chorme and firefox and with both I get the same response.

You make any workaround? What did you do?

Change browser but it didn’t work.
