Pipelines got stuck or timed out

What happens

Pipelines got stuck since yesterday and does not allow me to MR, despite the fact that locally the builds for the solution in the commit 926dfd1d passed successfully. After retry, the pipeline still got stuck.

What do you understand or find about that problem

Pipelines got stuck or timed out.

You make any workaround? What did you do?

I deleted my branch created yesterday and created again in order to push again my commit, tried to retry the pipeline, but the problem still happens.
