Problem with code url raw only

What happens

i am trying to pass the callenges but i always get this error:
[ERROR] URLs must be RAW version. code/codeabbey/001/OTHERS.lst
[CRITICAL] OTHERS.lst contain urls without raw version.

this is the url:

What do you understand or find about that problem

i understand that my url are not in raw format but all are raw

Did you try any workaround? What did you do?

i check the url format
