Time Doctro Tracking Time Issue

What happens

It seems Time Doctor is not saving my time properly. Even when I can see 18 Hours under the
Total Time tracked I got the next message:
“Remember to use TimeDoctor. Right now we don’t have metrics of your process because you don’t track the time.”

What do you understand or find about that problem

It seems can visualize different information on the Time Doctor website.

Did you try any workaround? What did you do?

We check the admin panel and you have another name, so we made the changes and we could establish again your metrics.
