I have a question about this requirement for ctf and vbd solution. When it says that it should have a technical level. Does it exclude the encoding challenges from Root-me?
Not necessary, because encoding and decoding is part of hacking when that rule says not mathematical… it’s because some sites like 'enigmes a thematiques' has hacking challenges and code challenges like the sum of numbers, etc.
You can solve encoding challenges if that challenge can be relative to any hacking vector.
