What name should I use for the exploit?

What happens

I would like to put an exploit that I used and found on Git Hub, it was not created by me. And I’m not sure whether to put my nickname or the nickname of the creator of the exploit.

What do you understand or find about that problem

I should put my nickname even though I don’t create the exploit
